xdoc generation enhancements for Ant1.7

Summary: xdoc generation enhancements for Ant1.7
           Product: Ant
           Version: 1.7Alpha (nightly)
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: Other
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: Other
         Component: Documentation
        AssignedTo: dev@ant.apache.org
        ReportedBy: stevel@apache.org

Having been suffering regenerating docs for a third party project w/ xdocs, here
are some things we could do with in no particular order

1. generate docs for datatypes too
2. generate indices
3. move to an XSL generation of content (yes/no?)
4. update to latest version of XDoclet
5. style sheet consistent w/ rest of docs
6. make it possible to easily generate docs for third party apps. That means no
ant logo, no apache copyright, decent entry point for retargeted use.
7. be less brittle. Like fork so that we dont crash without a large enough -Xmx
8. Be documented
9. Generate PDFs.
