Add resolve task

I would like to have a task where you can create a file set that would find one
file and have the task set a property with the full path to that file. For example

<resolve property="filename">
     <fileset dir="${MyDir}">
           <include name="**/myfile.xml" />
     </fileset>
</resolve>

after this task is run the property filename would have the full path to the
file. The task would have to check if the fileset captures more than one file,
potentially we could have an option to either fail or to capture the first match.
