PlainJUnitResultFormatter's output is mangled when test fails

Summary: PlainJUnitResultFormatter's output is mangled when test
                    fails
           Product: Ant
           Version: 1.5.4
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: Other
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: Other
         Component: Optional Tasks
        AssignedTo: dev@ant.apache.org
        ReportedBy: dplass@tcicredit.com

The culprit is the endTest method, which outputs the test name, then if it
failed, immediately quits. In case of a failure, the addFailure method will
spit out everything needed, including the test name. To fix, I merely moved
the wri.print to after the first 'if' statement in endTest.
