P4Change task wouldn't replace description and hangs when creating new changes

           Summary: P4Change task wouldn't replace description and hangs
                    when creating new changes
           Product: Ant
           Version: 1.5.4
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Windows XP
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Major
          Priority: Other
         Component: Optional Tasks
        AssignedTo: dev@ant.apache.org
        ReportedBy: jens.vdfecht@impress.com

When doing a
<p4change description="just some test"/>
on Windows XP, the task hangs. Starting Ant in verbose mode reveals, that
during processing the result of p4 change -o, p4 change -i is already submitted
to the Perforce server, so I guess, there is some rejection from the Perforce
server, which we can't see in the output.
