Create a zip with absolute path inside:
<zip ipfile="zip.zip">
  <zipfileset dir="dir1" prefix="/absolute/path"/>
</zip>

unzip it:

<mkdir dir="dir2"/>
<unzip src="zip.zip" dest="dir2"/>

the files are unzipped in /absolute/path folder, not in ./dir2/absolute/path
