I was mistaken about building from cvs head, I was actually using the 1.6.1
source distribution. I've attached a sample build file. Here's the output using
-projecthelp:

$ ant -f dup_targets.xml -projecthelp
Buildfile: dup_targets.xml

Main targets:

 target4               first target4
 test_project.target4  second target4
Default target: target4

Now try to add a third target with the same name. The second one is replaced
with the third one.
