exec does not find executable

sorry :
if you want to execute a script with <exec> you have to set the executable to
your shell interpreter, for instance /bin/sh; the name of the script is then the
first argument of your command line.

This is also true under Windows, you would do :

<exec executable="cmd.exe">
<arg value="mywindowsbatch.bat"/>
</exec>
