add "don't get rid of subdirs" and "only sync specified file mask" options to Sync task

Summary: add "don't get rid of subdirs" and "only sync specified
file mask" options to Sync task
           Product: Ant
           Version: 1.6.0
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Enhancement
          Priority: Other
         Component: Core tasks
        AssignedTo: dev@ant.apache.org
        ReportedBy: kenkyee@excite.com

Two things I want to do that I don't think can be done w/ the current <sync> task:

1) just sync the specified destination directory, but don't get rid of any
dangling subdirectories
2) only sync the specified files, e.g., *.html. I have other files in the same
directory that I don't want synced. Best way to do this is probably to specify
a "To" fileset. E.g., sync from <somedir>/*.html to <destdir>*.html.

Glad the sync task was added though. Should make web site management easier
among other things...
