Unzip task doesnt overwrite destination when file listing is root

Summary: Unzip task doesnt overwrite destination when file
                    listing is root
           Product: Ant
           Version: 1.6Beta
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: Other
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: Other
         Component: Core tasks
        AssignedTo: dev@ant.apache.org
        ReportedBy: fhanik@apache.org

my patch makes it optional to force a file into the destination directory even
if the file listing inside the jar file is /file.txt

the attribute ignoreRootFiles can be set to true (default is false, same
behavior as now)

Haven't tested this on Windows, so the patch can be modified to handle those
cases too

Filip
