ant.regexp.regexpimpl only works if it is a system property

------- Additional Comments From bodewig@apache.org 2003-12-09 16:45 -------
Jesse, see that the Summary of this bug has changed.

The original bug reported by David has been fixed and remains fixed.

While we fixed the bug, we discovered a flaw in the system (ant.regexp.regexpimpl
must be system property, it doesn't work when defined inside the build file). This
problem remained until Antoine fixed it in HEAD.

If your NB users prefer ORO over JDK 1.4 regexp (and there are very good reasons
to do so), this would still be a problem for you.
