Need warning that sshexec and telnet timeouts have different units

Summary: Need warning that sshexec and telnet timeouts have
                    different units
           Product: Ant
           Version: 1.6Beta
          Platform: All
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Enhancement
          Priority: Other
         Component: Documentation
        AssignedTo: dev@ant.apache.org
        ReportedBy: Edwin_STEELE@rta.nsw.gov.au

One of the bonuses in ant1.6 is that I can finally throw away the pesky
cleartext telnet tasks. In migrating, I was badly caught out by the fact that
the telnet task has it's timeout in seconds whereas the sshexec task has it's
timeout in milliseconds.

RTFM? I did, but didn't pick up that the units had changed. Given
telnet->sshexec is prolly going to be a common upgrade path, it might be nice to
make special mention of the change of units for the timeout. It might save a few
developer hours and a few INVALID bug reports too :-)
