Add FTP prune capability

           Summary: Add FTP prune capability
           Product: Ant
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: All
        OS/Version: Other
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Enhancement
          Priority: Other
         Component: Core tasks
        AssignedTo: dev@ant.apache.org
        ReportedBy: richard.beton@roke.co.uk

It is possible to use the Ant FTP task to upload changed files for a local
development station to a remote website. One drawback is that any locally
deleted files are left intact on the remote website.

RFE: add a feature to prune files from the remote server that don't exist on the
local client.
