Yes, packone and packtwo are package names. 




Say ClassA lives in packone and ClassB in packtwo. ClassB extends ClassA.


I want to exlude packone and only compile packtwo.




I expect an ClassNotFoundException on ClassA, but javac implicitly compiles 
ClassA although I excluded it.
