It's much more convenient to use forward slashes, as opposed to "\\" (with the required escape). However, I see that in the SOS tags (Source OffSite), used for a remote interface to VSS, will not work if the "vssserverpath" argument is specified with forward slashes. It will only work if the value is specified as a double backward slashes.
