RunOnce Attribute

           Summary: RunOnce Attribute
           Product: Ant
           Version: 1.5.3
          Platform: All
        OS/Version: Other
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Enhancement
          Priority: Other
         Component: Core
        AssignedTo: dev@ant.apache.org
        ReportedBy: js@ddre.dk

Often in an Ant project, there is a couple of targets, which are a prerequisite
for all other targets.

One of those targets could generate a message:

"This is the Ant build file for ..."

That message should only be written once, therefore a target could have an
attribute called runeonce with the values (yes or no). Default should be no..
