Telnet task depenedency

           Summary: Telnet task depenedency
           Product: Ant
           Version: 1.5.3
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: Other
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Major
          Priority: Other
         Component: Optional Tasks
        AssignedTo: dev@ant.apache.org
        ReportedBy: ales.bukovsky@email.cz

I'm using <telnet> task for remte script invoking. One of them has enormously
long output. For some reason telnet task hooks up during the process and
finally throws a timeout error. I took a look into net-components.jar classes.
I found out that net-components has became the Jakarta Commons Net. However
with Commons Net package 1.0.0 I'm experiencing the same issue. Finally I have
made it working using latest night build of Commons Net, which means that they
already fix mentioned bug. Would it be possible to release "emergency" Ant
build that uses Commons Net instead NetComponents?
