jspc flattens directory structure when translating jsp->java

This doesn not seem to be fixed at all.
The java files generated all have the same package name, "org.apache.jsp". This 
means that when compiled they will all end up in the same directory.

Tested using TOmcat 4.1.18, ant 1.5
