jspc flattens directory structure when translating jsp->java

I have just had a look at this issue.

I have tested with Apache Tomcat/4.1.12-LE-jdk14

First to run the test, you need the following 3 jar files from 
$CATALINA_HOME/common/lib in your CLASSPATH :

 - jasper-compiler.jar
 - jasper-runtime.jar
 - servlet.jar

Conclusion : the directory hierarchy is not flattened any more.

The other point is that ant does not do any dependency checking in the jspc 
task, everything gets recompiled every time.

I am closing the bug, and suggesting that if someone wants the dependency 
checking in jspc improved, he or she opens a new bug report with the dependency 
checking rules to be implemented in it.
