Why not use Property#addProperties(Properties) at
LoadProperties#execute() line 178 instead of directly placing
the properties directly in the project.
Property#addProperties() calls Property#resolveProperties()
which is nearly equivalent to <expandproperties/> but using
the new properties as well as the current properties (I think).

This would mean that
<property file="x.props"/> and <loadproperties srcfile="x.props"/>
do the same things.
