Are you asking whether the change would be better made against the head than
against 1.5.3? If that is what you are asking, the answer is definitely to go
against the head. 1.5.3 is the end of that line.
I have always had the same inclination to want to make the includes/excludes
more like a fileset but have always been deterred by the effect that these
StarTeam File and Folder objects aren't really files. I would like to hear more
about your idea.
