Cathy - It was not a problem in StarTeam 1.5.1 because it was only with 1.5.2 that we began making heavy use of StarTeam's internal file name resolution utilities. That was necessary in order to achieve the ability to act based on StarTeam statuses for each file - a key advance over 1.5.1 in which checkouts only occurred regardless of StarTeam status. Now, the question is what to do about it. Is a workaround to copy this DLL onto the affected machine? Or would it be safer to recommend a full install of StarTeam on any machine that runs this task? Can someone who has the 5.2 javadocs see if there's anything in there we could do to put a more reliable mechanism into our code (i.e. forcing StarTeam to recognize that it's on Windows?) Does someone know the procedure for submitting bug reports to Borland?
