well, they might see the hints, but there is no guarantee they will correct the
code. Also, there is no guarantee that the authors of various tasks are still
active in the group, in which case they wont be learning from their mistakes.

Regarding patches and fixes, if you were to correct the HTML files and save the
CVS diff -u patches as attachments to this bugrep, then anyone -original author
or not- can just apply the patches and commit the changes. This saves that
person the duplicated effort of correcting the defects, and so increases the
chance the defects get fixed.
