org.apache.tools.ant.taskdefs.Rmic

getFileList or getCompileList always returns 0 because compileList is cleared 
before execute ends.  There should be a way to get the number of files compiled 
(and even their names if possible) during a build process so that callers can 
know if the build is up-to-date or updated etc.  Javac task has such a method 
javac.getFileList() which returns the correct value.
