Filter task displays wrong error message if the file specified by filtersfile does not exist

Summary: Filter task displays wrong error message if the file
specified by filtersfile does not exist
           Product: Ant
           Version: 1.5.3
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Windows NT/2K
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Minor
          Priority: Other
         Component: Core tasks
        AssignedTo: dev@ant.apache.org
        ReportedBy: simon.lieschke@orion.co.nz

If I have a filter task with the filtersfile attribute pointing to a file that
does not exist, the following error occurs:

BUILD FAILED
file:P:/Concerto/Persistence/build.xml:159: Must specify a file not a directory
in the filtersfile
attribute:P:\Concerto\Persistence\src\hibernate\runtime.properties

The error suggests that I have specified a directory for filtersfile. The error
message should report the correct error and say something like:

BUILD FAILED
file:P:/Concerto/Persistence/build.xml:159: File in filtersfile attribute does
not exist:P:\Concerto\Persistence\src\hibernate\runtime.properties
