Passing arguments through ant.bat doesn't work

Summary: Passing arguments through ant.bat doesn't work
           Product: Ant
           Version: 1.5.3
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Windows NT/2K
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: Other
         Component: Wrapper scripts
        AssignedTo: dev@ant.apache.org
        ReportedBy: vitezslav.stejskal@sun.com

The ant.bat script doesn't handle commandline arguments correctly. The symptoms
are that using following command 'ant -Dmyprop= mytrg' sets the value of
'myprop' property to the 'mytrg' instead of setting the 'myprop' blank (empty
string) and starting the target 'mytrg'.

I tried to use commandline params handling from ant.bat distributed with ant 1.4
and things started to work fine again. I'll attach the patch file.
