Allow passing arguments to javac globally

Summary: Allow passing arguments to javac globally
           Product: Ant
           Version: 1.5.3
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: Other
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Enhancement
          Priority: Other
         Component: Core tasks
        AssignedTo: dev@ant.apache.org
        ReportedBy: jbecicka@netbeans.org

I wanted to compile my project with non-standard
javac options.
The simplest way, I found, was to create a
CompilerAdapter.

Usage is simple:

ant
-Dbuild.compiler=org.netbeans.nbbuild.NbJavacExternal
-Dbuild.compiler.params=-param1,-param2

If you find my adapter useful, feel free to add it
to CVS.
