The cvschangelog task could have a branch optionnal parameter. By default, the branch would be "HEAD". We could also have the possibility to get logs for all branches. In the XML file, there should be a nested element for . Also, it seems to me that the date and time element of should actually be in . This would allow a developer to commit two files at different time, using the same comment, and it would still be under the same changelog entry.
