This is cool. I am assuming that you are using Tomcat4.1.24, that apparently
being the first version of a jspc that does do directories? 

I like the patch to jspc, but need some more clarification on the mangler. I see
why you want the .java extension, but question stripping off the .jsp extension.
Tomcat 4.1 keeps that to map something like class.jsp to class_jsp.java and so
avoid reserved words problems. Does your version of tomcat implement a different
mangling policy
