would like to have a task which can kill another task by its task id

Summary: would like to have a task which can kill another task by
                    its task id
           Product: Ant
           Version: 1.5
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Windows NT/2K
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Enhancement
          Priority: Other
         Component: Core tasks
        AssignedTo: dev@ant.apache.org
        ReportedBy: george.wu@tps-software.com

This is a request to add an ant task which would kill a running task by its id.
The idea is that some servers when started will run forever when other parallel
tasks are finished. This creates the problem that ant would be running forever
if such a server has been running within a target and prevent ant from
continuing on wiht other tasks. This is particularly useful if a forked Java
task can be killed by another java task.
If there is a way to do this within the current version of ant, please let me
know.

Thanks,

Sincerely

George Wu
