zip/unzip should have the capability to use a mapper

Hi Peter... Please forgive me for my lack of knowledge of Ant's implementation,
but is ZipFileSet specialized kind of FileSet? If so, would it work to make
FileSet support nested <mapper> elements? Surely this way ZipFileSet would
also support nested <mapper> elements?

This would be better approach since the FileSet data type is useful with tasks
other than <zip>.
