JavaCC task does not support JavaCC 3.0

Summary: JavaCC task does not support JavaCC 3.0
           Product: Ant
           Version: 1.5.2
          Platform: All
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: Other
         Component: Optional Tasks
        AssignedTo: dev@ant.apache.org
        ReportedBy: rstupp@pironet-ndh.com

JavaCC 3.0 is silightly different to 2.0:
1. lib/JavaCC.zip is now lib/javacc.jar
2. Main class is now javacc (default package)

I'll attach a JavaCC.java file, which works with JavaCC 3.0. Unfortunatly I
could not test it against JavaCC 2.0, because I did not find a JavaCC 2.0
distribution...

I applied these changes to the JavaCC.java file:
1. Default constructor: removed cmdl.setClassname() call
2. getArchiveFile(): Made method non-static
3. getArchiveFile(): Added tests for javacc.jar before JavaCC.zip
4. getArchiveFile(): Calls cmdl.setClassname() to "javacc" for javacc.jar and
"COM.sun.labs.javacc.Main" for JavaCC.zip

That's it.
