sub-element 'include' does not work within 'jar'-Task

Summary: sub-element 'include' does not work within 'jar'-Task
           Product: Ant
           Version: 1.5.3
          Platform: Sun
        OS/Version: Solaris
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: Other
         Component: Core tasks
        AssignedTo: dev@ant.apache.org
        ReportedBy: joachim.simon@web.de

Using the <include> sub-element within the implicit FileSet of the 'jar'-task
doesn't work. The same filter expression within the 'includes'-attribute works
as expected.
