Ant projects should support "init" and "final" <project/> attributes

           Summary: Ant projects should support "init" and "final"
                    <project/> attributes
           Product: Ant
           Version: 1.5.3
          Platform: All
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Enhancement
          Priority: Other
         Component: Core
        AssignedTo: dev@ant.apache.org
        ReportedBy: binyan357@yahoo.com

Just like the "default" attribute of a <project/> element, which can be
specified to indicate which target to execute by default, ant should also
provide an "init" attribute to indicate a target to execute before any other
targets _IF_ it exists and a "final" target to execute after all other targets
_IF_ it exists.

Ex:

<project init="start" default="all" final="end">

   <target name="init">
      <taskdef name="foo" classname="my.custom.class"/>
   </target>

   <target name="all">
      <echo message="Hello World"/>
   </target>

</project>
