Are you sure this is not simply a documentation bug and we should remove
the doc given the effect of using the debug attribute?
The documentation talks about the "ParseView debugger" and I have no idea what
that is, nor what the attribute has been expected to do.
OK, I've looked up the command line reference of antlr just now, seems your change
is what should be done.
