I've made a fix to the xmljunitresultformatter.java, which addresses a bug in 
the xml reporting file, which involves with the reporting.  Essentially, 
setName method (which sets the test case name) does not work, due to a code 
defect in this java file.  The call is made before the setName method is 
invoked and thus the class name is used.  Code was moved, and conditional flag 
was set to make sure that correct behavior is invoked.  I've tested this on 
win32 environment, and see no gression.
