When using the jspc task with excludes task fails

Summary: When using the jspc task with excludes task fails
           Product: Ant
           Version: 1.5.2
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: Other
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: Other
         Component: Optional Tasks
        AssignedTo: dev@ant.apache.org
        ReportedBy: jakarta@trollingers.com

When I use the JSPC task and pass in a large list of excludes the task fails.
It seems like it can not handle an exclude list with as many files as I am
excluding. (I am trying to exclude 600+ jsp pages that are all include files)
