Problem using vssget to get latest version from MS SourceSafe when some files are checked
out

------- Additional Comments From jesse@cryptocard.com 2003-03-02 21:06 -------
I've implemented 'skip', 'replace' and 'fail' (default)

Merge does not work for me, so I did not implement it.
Ask's behaviour can be obtained with 'skip' and 'fail' so I did not implement it.

Due to ss.exe returning '100' when it encounters writable files (even if it
replaces them) using 'skip' implies 'failonerror=false'

Docs and test cases updated.

Note

This patch fixes bugs:
#11562
#8451
#4387
#12793
#14174
#13532
#14463
