Copy outputs to log when verbosity=false

           Summary: Copy outputs to log when verbosity=false
           Product: Ant
           Version: 1.5
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: Other
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: Other
         Component: Core tasks
        AssignedTo: dev@ant.apache.org
        ReportedBy: kono@angoss.com

protected void doFileOperations() {
        if (fileCopyMap.size() > 0) {
            log("Copying " + fileCopyMap.size()
                + " file" + (fileCopyMap.size() == 1 ? "" : "s")
                + " to " + destDir.getAbsolutePath());

Note that the log() call above does only uses one arg opposed to other calls
such as:

                if (fromFile.equals(toFile)) {
                    log("Skipping self-copy of " + fromFile, verbosity);

The result is you still get output when you have expressly ask for it to be
turned off.
