javacc task can't find java if not in path.

           Summary: javacc task can't find java if not in path.
           Product: Ant
           Version: 1.5.1
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: Other
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: Other
         Component: Optional Tasks
        AssignedTo: dev@ant.apache.org
        ReportedBy: dalgoda@ix.netcom.com

I use a build system that has a minimal PATH, including no ant or java in it.
Instead, I call ant directly and it uses JAVA_HOME to properly find java.

In this situation, <javacc/> fails:
file:/opt/main/NodeWarrior/bin/build_NWServer.xml:56: Could not launch java:
java.io.IOException: java.io.IOException: java: not found

Seems silly to have to set both JAVA_HOME and PATH in order to get this to work
properly, but the following is a work around:

PATH=$PATH:$JAVA_HOME/bin /path/to/ant -f /path/to/build.xml
