Can not delete JAR files

I have the same problem with current version (so I didn't test with nightly
build). The project were I  encountered the "deleteing jar file problem" doesn't
run ant from command line, but starts ant from a java application. The
javac-task used in my project needs a tools.jar in the classpath. I noticed that
I can delete the jar-file with tools.jar from jdk1.2.2 and not with the one from
jdk1.3.1.
