There are a few oher bugs against signjar that I wanted to look into as well, in particular http://nagoya.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=10672 I've added the start of a testcase for these. I'm not sure whether to revert the keystore parameter to a String and resolve if a file or to add a separate KeyStoreURL attribute. Thoughts?
