To add weight to the argument, the main reason that this is needed is that if
you use the copy task on a group of files, and it fails out on one of them
because the file is locked open by another application, it will not copy the
file.  But it will, however leave a properly named and dated file in the copy
destination.  And now next time you copy, it will not copy this file.  However,
you have a file of size 0, where you should have the proper file.
