Whoa.  Just took a look at ModulesGrandBuilderTask and I see what you mean.

Particularly given that XDoclet has desires of moving to the ASF [1], 
perhaps they would be ameanable to suggestion?  I'm particularly 
interested in seeing that the separate instances of Ant inherit the 
build.sysclasspath property.  ;-)
