build.sh test fails in optional.sitraka

Either the build.xml isn't excluding something that should be excluded on my
system (which has no sitraka software at all) or there is a problem in one of
the sitraka class files.

following a fresh checkout (preceeded by rm -rf jakarta-tomcat)
 and apparently successful compile, I got the following :
