To be sure, I did fix a problem here but it was not the problem Jonny wanted fixed. Here is an email from Jonny to me: -------------------------------------------- Hi again Steve, Just to make certain I understood you correct. My intention was to be able to create either a build label, or a "non" build label. I cut the following documentation from the StarTeam javadoc: Label public Label(View view, java.lang.String name, java.lang.String description, OLEDate time, boolean isBuildLabel)Creates a new "view label". It will not be saved on the server until update() is called. Parameters: view - The view in which this label will be created. name - The label name. description - The label description. time - The as-of time for this view label. isBuildLabel - True if the label is to be a build label. I am referring to the "isBuildLabel" boolean. I am not trying to create a revision label. I am using CruiseControl as a build manager, and after a successfull build I want to create a "non" build label. This is because I wouldn't want to have all my "Addressed In" updated for the open change requests. ---------------------------------------------- In other words, the problem is simply that there is no parameter with which the user can control the isBuildLabel member. It is true that you previously could not create a revision label and that is now fixed, as of CR 14208. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: For additional commands, e-mail:
