Skipping first sourcefile when a custom param with an empty value is added in a javadoc task

------- Additional Comments From jeroen.vanagt@philips.com 2002-11-28 15:26 -------
It is not that I want to set the param empty, but I encountered the problem
when the param was empty. Shouldn't the API handle empty params correctly
instead of skipping the first sourcefile. It took me quite some time to find
the relation between an empty param and the skipping of the first sourcefile.
This behaviour is not obvious when reading the API documentation.
