Support use of jndi within ant

The primary need internal to ant IMO would be to have ant provide any and all 
contexts for jndi requests, both in forked and non-forked tasks.

The initial need I was trying to fill with this suggestion was to be able to 
write junit tests for classes usable in (but not restricted to) servlets, that 
would be getting a database connection from jndi.
