Looking at the source would have given you that answer...though there is
apparently a port of the docs to korean underway. Feel free to localise the
codebase.

We do know it works in most places, as we have fielded various locale bugs
over time, but only with us-english text.

ahh, the mock gothic buildings just downroad from where the web services
devcon was...didnt see you at the conference though.
