Javac's extdirs attribute suppresses the next argument!

Summary: Javac's extdirs attribute suppresses the next argument!
           Product: Ant
           Version: 1.1
          Platform: All
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: Other
         Component: Core tasks
        AssignedTo: ant-dev@jakarta.apache.org
        ReportedBy: antonioli@ifi.unizh.ch

How to reproduce:
<javac extdirs="" debug="true>...</javac>
generates the command line (see verbose execution):
javac -extdirs -g

When Javac parses the arguments, it identifies -g as the path to the extension directories!

Suggestion:
(1) throws a BuildException when extdirs is empty
(2) writes javac -extdirs '' -g

I'd rather see (2) implemented...
