create a stderr property for exec where the output to stderr can be accessed

Summary: create a stderr property for exec where the output to
                    stderr can be accessed
           Product: Ant
           Version: 1.5.1
          Platform: Other
               URL: news://news.gmane.org:119/ap18gc$500$1@main.gmane.org
        OS/Version: Other
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: Other
         Component: Core tasks
        AssignedTo: ant-dev@jakarta.apache.org
        ReportedBy: hauser@acm.org

it would be great to be able to provide the feedback from exec executables to
ant such that it could be echo'ed.
just a single output property(with boolean stderr and stdout attributes as
discussed in http://issues.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=7330) appears not
to be enough since I need the output property already for my (m4) stdout in my
foreach statement.
